AFS meeting In Nashville, TN

This year the 139th meeting of the American Fisheries Society was held in Nashville, Tennessee from August 30 through September 3, 2009. The meetings theme was “Diversity, the foundation of fisheries and the American Fisheries Society; are we gaining ground?”.

...and of course Nashville is the Music Capital of the World, from country, to bluegrass, to rock … you can hear it all …

I was also amazed how friendly Nashville is. The good old fashioned southern hospitality and by the football frenzy!
